When other people ask you for favor, do you usually say yes or no? Have you ever felt you want to say yes, but you are overwhelmed with what you have to do right now. However, it is hard to say no - I don't want to ruin the relationship, if I say no, he/she will not like me anymore...

Well, if you have doubt about you really want to help, I would say you better say no... it is easier to say yes after you say no, than saying no after you say yes.
